Section 45-35A-52.01 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this part, and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, in the absence of clear implication herein otherwise, shall be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) APPLICANT. A natural person who files a written application with the governing body of the city in accordance with Section 45-35A-52.03. (2) AUTHORITY. Section 45-49-120.29 Expenses. The salaries and expenses of suitable regular office quarters, and all other expenses of the personnel board, the personnel director, and all other expenses arising under the provisions hereof, unless otherwise herein provided, shall be paid by warrants or requisitions drawn on funds of the personnel board and signed by at least two members thereof.
