Section 45-49-161 Salary. (a) Effective upon the expiration of the current term of office,
the county treasurer of Mobile County shall be paid an annual county salary of thirty-five
thousand five hundred dollars ($35,500), payable in equal monthly installments from the county

Section 11-65-5 Composition of commission; terms; qualifications; removal from office. (a)
Every commission shall have five members, which shall constitute its governing body. All powers
of a commission shall be exercised by its members or pursuant to their authorization. The

mental health involuntary commitments resulting in increased probate court docket filing and
