Section 45-28A-43 Compensation. In Etowah County, the chair and board members of the Gadsden
Water Works and Sewer Board are hereby entitled to expense allowances to be paid as follows:
The chair of the board shall receive one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per month; the members
of the board shall receive a per diem allowance of twenty-five dollars ($25) for each day
on which the board meets. The expense allowances provided herein shall be in lieu of all other

Section 45-39-200 License commissioner - Compensation. (a) There is hereby created the office
of County License Commissioner in Lauderdale County, Alabama. No later than 30 days from May
17, 1979, the legislative delegation representing Lauderdale County, by a majority vote thereof,
shall appoint a county license commissioner who shall serve for a term expiring on the first
Monday after the second Tuesday in January 1981. In the event such office should become vacant

Section 45-16-230 Salary. A Sheriff of Coffee County elected or appointed on or after September
22, 2015, shall receive an annual salary of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) per year.
Except as provided in subsection (b), the salary shall constitute the total compensation payable

45-20-71.10 the president and associate members of the board shall each be paid a mileage
allowance of ten cents ($0.10) per mile for each mile necessarily traveled by him or her within
