Section 45-12-81 Salary of judge of probate. Effective the beginning of the next term of office,
the Judge of Probate of Choctaw County shall be entitled to receive an annual salary of fifty-five
thousand dollars ($55,000) to be paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund
