Section 16-47-195 Construction and operation of recreational facilities. The University of
Alabama, in addition to other powers, shall have the right, power and authority to construct
and operate suitable public service or recreational privileges and conveniences on any land
or water embraced within the scope of this article and to charge and collect reasonable fees
for the use of same and to enter into contracts for the operation of any such privilege or
convenience and to enter into contracts with the federal government and with states, counties,
municipalities, corporations, associations or individuals for the purpose of constructing,

(a) The department shall have general supervision over all phases of aeronautics within the
state pertaining to the planning and development of the state airport system plan and the
inspection, acquisition, establishment, construction, expansion, improvement, maintenance,
management, and operation of airports, restricted landing areas, and other air navigation

Section 11-101A-15 Use of proceeds. (a) The principal proceeds derived from any borrowing made
by an authority shall be used solely for the purpose or purposes for which the borrowing was
authorized to be made. If any securities are issued for the purpose of financing costs of

Section 15-18-76 Restitution centers - Establishment and operation; cooperation of counties
and municipalities. (a) The county commissions of several counties and the governing authorities
of municipalities are hereby authorized to cooperate with the State Board of Pardons and Paroles
in the establishment of restitution centers. Such centers shall be operated by the State Board
of Pardons and Paroles. County or municipal property may be utilized with the approval of
the county commission or municipal governing authority for the construction, renovation, and
