Section 41-10-307 Powers of authority. The authority shall have the following powers
among others specified in this article: (1) To have succession in its corporate name until
the principal of and interest on all bonds issued by it shall have been fully paid and until
it shall have been dissolved as provided herein; (2) To maintain actions and have actions

County, Alabama, may establish and maintain a public law library in the county, and, to accomplish

Section 11-54-145 Requirements respecting leases. Prior to the leasing of any project,
the governing body must determine and find the following: The amount necessary in each year
to pay the principal of and the interest on the bonds proposed to be issued to finance such
