Section 45-47-250.04 Board of directors. (a) The Marion County Public Water Authority shall be governed by a board of directors. All powers of the authority shall be exercised by the board or pursuant to its authorization. Section 11-101A-7 Officers. The officers of an authority shall consist of a chair of the board, a vice-chair of the board, a secretary, a treasurer, and such other officers as the board deems necessary or desirable.
