Section 11-44B-2 Ordinances establishing boundaries of seven-council districts and salaries of mayor and council members; compliance with Voting Rights Act; election of mayor and council; powers and duties of municipality. If said ordinance be adopted by the governing body of any municipality to which this chapter applies, then: (1) Within 90 days thereafter, the commission board of such municipality shall adopt an ordinance, a.
