Section 45-49-100.21 Monthly financial report. (a) Beginning January 15, 1992, and on
the fifteenth of each month thereafter, the Board of School Commissioners for Mobile County
shall publish a summary financial report for the immediately preceding month. The financial
report shall be in a form which can be easily read and understood by the general public. (b)
The financial report shall include, but not be limited to, the following information: Total
receipts and expenses by major account codes of the school system; itemized list by source

Section 41-10-64 Special and continuing trust fund for payment of principal and interest
on bonds of authority and maintenance, etc., of facilities thereof. For the purpose of providing
funds for the payment of the costs and expenses necessary to accomplish the purpose of this
authority and for the payment of the principal of and interest on any bonds issued by the
authority under the provisions of this article, there is hereby created and irrevocably pledged
to the payment of such obligations a special and continuing trust fund which shall consist
of all revenues, receipts and income from rents contracted for and received by the authority

Section 41-15B-2 Children First Trust Fund. (a) There is established a special fund
in the State Treasury to be known as the Children First Trust Fund. (b) The existence of the

Section 8-17-91 Disposition of funds; overpayments. (a) The proceeds from the permit
fees, inspection fees, and penalties, if any, collected by the Commissioner of Agriculture
and Industries and the Revenue Commissioner pursuant to Section 8-17-87 together with
one-third of the proceeds of the six cent ($.06) additional motor fuel excise tax levied on
gasoline under subdivision (1) of subsection (a) of Section 40-17-325, shall be paid
into the State Treasury and distributed by the State Treasurer as follows: (1) An amount equal

Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a)
As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them
as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR. Any natural person, partnership, company, firm, corporation, association,
limited liability company, cooperative, or other legal entity licensed by the Alabama State
Licensing Board for General Contractors. (2) NONRESIDENT CONTRACTOR. A contractor which is
