Section 16-25-42 Persons in the Employees' Retirement System whose date of retirement is prior to October 1, 1987 or beneficiaries of deceased members or retirees entitled to cost-of-living increases. Section 36-29-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) BOARD. Section 36-29-19.7 Retiree contribution based on years of service. (a) The board shall set forth the employer contribution to the health insurance premium for each retiree class.
