Section 45-36-252.06 Bonds of the authority; obligations. (a) In addition to all other powers now or hereafter granted by law, the authority shall have the following powers, together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate form: (1) To sell and issue bonds of the authority in order to provide funds for any corporate function, use, or purpose, any such bonds to be payable solely out of one or more of the following: a. Any or all proceeds or receipts from the privilege, license, or excise tax levied on the sale, distribution, storage, use, or consumption of tobacco and certain tobacco products in Jackson County by Section 45-36-247. b. Any or all proceeds from any tax received by the Jackson County Commission which are required by law to be deposited to the credit of the Jackson County Water Authority. c. Section 9-16-89 Performance bonds and bond releases. (a) After a surface coal mining and reclamation permit application has been approved but before such a permit is issued, the applicant shall file with the regulatory authority, on a form prescribed and furnished by the regulatory authority, a bond for performance payable to the state and conditioned upon faithful performance of all the requirements of this article and the permit. Section 32-5A-191.4 Ignition interlock devices. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191, the term, "ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents a motor vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood alcohol level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system shall be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level of the operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02.
