Section 45-37A-51.165 Reemployment. (a) In the event a participant should cease to be a participant
hereunder, should elect a return of his or her contributions as provided in Section 45-37A-51.234

Section 45-37A-51.241 Board of health retired employees. (a) Employees of the board of health,
upon termination of such employment after 10 years of actual service to the board of health,
shall have the option to leave in the system fund all contributions made by such terminated

Section 45-38-80 Solicitor's fee; disposition of funds. (a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal,
and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Lamar
