Section 10A-1-4.02 Delivery of filing instrument; duties of filing officer; fee; automated
electronic system. (a) A filing instrument required or allowed by this title to be delivered
to the Secretary of State for filing shall be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing.
(b) A filing instrument required or permitted by this title to be delivered to the judge of
probate for filing shall be delivered to the judge of probate for filing. (c) If a provision
of this title does not specify which filing officer a filing instrument is to be delivered
to for filing, that filing instrument shall be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing.
(d) If the filing officer finds that a filing instrument delivered to the filing officer for
filing substantially conforms to the provisions of this title that apply to that filing instrument
and that all required fees have been paid, the filing officer shall file it immediately upon

Section 13A-11-61.2 Possession of firearms in certain places. (a) In addition to any other
place limited or prohibited by state or federal law, a person, including a person with a permit
issued under Section 13A-11-75(a)(1) or recognized under Section 13A-11-85, may not knowingly

Section 22-27-10 Control of unauthorized dumping; open burning; construction with other rights
and remedies. (a) Solid waste shall be collected, transported, disposed, managed, or any combination
thereof, according to the requirements of this article, and the rules of the department or
the health department, as authorized by this article, and if disposed of in this state, shall
be disposed in a permitted landfill or permitted incineration, or reduced in volume through

Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery
or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving
motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state
as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to
comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five
hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the

Section 13A-11-61.3 Regulation of firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories. (a) The purpose

cancelled, etc.; impoundment of vehicle. (a)(1) Any person whose driver's or chauffeur's license
