Section 11-53B-3 Notice from appropriate city official; failure to comply. (a) Whenever the
appropriate city official, as defined herein, shall find that any building, structure, part
of building or structure, party wall, or foundation situated in the city is unsafe to the
extent that it is a public nuisance, the official shall give the person or persons, firm,
association, or corporation who is the record owner, notice to remedy the unsafe condition
of the building or structure by certified or registered mail to the owner's last known address
and to the owner at the address of the property. A copy of all notices, orders, and other
communications required by this chapter to be given to the owner of the property, or to the

Section 41-10-136 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this article and others
evidently intended as the equivalent thereof shall, in the absence of clear implication in

Section 45-22-30 Cemetery board. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms
shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. The Cullman County Cemetery Board. (2) CEMETERY.
Any for profit cemetery in the county where property is used or intended to be used for the
interment of human remains, including, but not limited to, any property containing a grave,
lot, crypt, niche, or mausoleum and any gravestone, headstone, or other marker therein. (3)

Section 11-49B-2 Definitions. The words, terms, and phrases defined below shall have the following
