Section 32-9-29 Permits for movement of oversized vehicles or loads. (a) Authorized; application; issuance; seasonal, etc., limitations; refusal, revocation, or cancellation. The following words and phrases when used in this title, for the purpose of this title, shall have meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except when the context otherwise requires: (1) ALLEY. Whenever the appropriate city official of the city shall find that any building, structure, part of building or structure, party wall, foundation, abandoned or unused swimming pools, or abandoned wells or cisterns situated in the city is unsafe to the extent that it is a public nuisance, the official shall report the findings to the city governing body.
