Section 32-5-313 Disposition of funds. All moneys collected pursuant to Section 12-14-14 and Section 12-19-1, et seq., for disbursement to the State Drivers' Fund shall be forwarded by the officer of the court who collects the same to the State Treasurer, no less than once a month and not later than the 15th day of each month. Section 32-5A-7 Authorized emergency vehicles. (a) The driver of an authorized emergency vehicle, when responding to an emergency call or when in the pursuit of an actual or suspected violator of the law or when responding to but not upon returning from a fire alarm, may exercise the privileges set forth in this section, but subject to the conditions herein stated.
