Section 4-3-46 Officers of authority; personnel. The officers of the authority shall consist
of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, a treasurer and such other officers as the board
shall deem necessary to accomplish the purposes for which the authority was organized. The
chairman and vice-chairman shall be elected by the board from its membership, but neither

Section 41-10-53 Authority and procedure for incorporation of authority; members, officers
and directors of authority; reduction to writing, recordation and admissibility in evidence
of proceedings of board of directors. (a) The Director of Finance, the Secretary of the Alabama

Section 11-92A-9 Board of directors. (a) The board of directors of an authority shall be as
specified in the articles, or as provided in Sections 11-92A-5 and 11-92A-6, provided that
