Section 45-37-83 Salary of judges. The salaries of each judge of the District Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit shall be supplemented by the county which makes up the judicial circuit in an amount so that the total annual salary from the state and the county of each judge of the district court shall be equal to one thousand dollars ($1,000) less than the total annual salary from the state and county paid to a judge of the circuit court of the judicial circuit.
