Section 11-44B-46 Establishment of personnel board; composition; terms; meetings; compensation;
records. (a) Upon election by ordinance of a city to participate in the personnel system provided
for in this article, there shall be established a personnel board composed of five members
designated, respectively, as place number 1, place number 2, place number 3, place number
4, and place number 5. Each member shall be of recognized good character and ability and a
resident and qualified elector of the city. No person shall be eligible for membership on
the board who holds any civil office of profit under the city, county, or state. No board

Section 32-10-7 Written reports of accidents; release of information. (a) Every law enforcement
officer who in the regular course of duty investigates a motor vehicle accident, either at
the time of and at the scene of the accident or thereafter by interviewing participants or
witnesses, shall, within 24 hours after completing such investigation, forward the necessary
completed written report or copy thereof of such accident to the director on the uniform accident
report form supplied by the director. Local police departments, and their contracted agents,

Section 11-99A-15 Issuance of bonds by districts; terms and assessments. (a) A district may
borrow money by the issuance of bonds, which bonds shall be revenue obligations, payable exclusively
out of assessments levied on land within the district, and the bonds shall not be supported
by the full faith and credit of the appointing government. However, the bonds may be secured
by additional revenues, guarantees, pledges, letters of credit, or other credit enhancements

Section 11-44B-25 Procedures to reduce or delete areas from police jurisdiction. Notwithstanding
any law to the contrary, any Class 4 municipality that is organized pursuant to this article
may from time to time reduce or delete various portions and areas from the territorial limits
of its respective police jurisdiction or its planning jurisdiction or both as established

Section 11-89C-9 Powers of governing bodies. (a) A governing body shall proceed under this
chapter as a participant in the public corporation or individually, to adopt upon reasonable
public notice and following public hearing all necessary rules and regulations by resolution
