Section 45-37A-51.03 Board of managers. (a)(1) In order to assure representation of all participants of this system, there shall be a board of managers of five members for the administration, management, and control of the supplemental pension system, including administration, management, control, acquisition, and disbursement of the fund. When a return in form and substance satisfactory to the county director of revenue is not filed by an employer and the license fees are not paid to the county by such employer, the employee for whom no return has been filed and no payment has been made shall file a return with the county director of revenue on or before January 31 of each year showing in the return the gross receipts subject to license fees during the preceding calendar year.
