Section 34-9-29 Injunctions against violations of chapter. When it appears to the board that any person is violating any of the provisions of this chapter, the board may in its own name bring an action in the circuit court for an injunction, and said court of this state may enjoin any person from violating this chapter regardless of whether proceedings have been or may be instituted before the board or whether criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted. For purposes of this section, person shall be deemed to include any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, professional association, professional corporation or other entity. Section 34-4-25 Licensing of nonresidents. A nonresident of this state, or a resident of this state who is licensed by another state, may become an auctioneer or apprentice auctioneer in this state by conforming to this chapter, or in the case of a nonresident from a nonlicensing state, such person may be licensed provided an examination is given and passed and the person has at least five years' experience in the auction business. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation, directly or indirectly, to keep or maintain or in any manner to aid or abet in keeping or maintaining any of the places declared by this chapter to be unlawful drinking places.
