Section 29-2-152 Composition; meetings; duties of Division of Risk Management. (a) The committee

Section 45-45-161 Distribution of payments. (a)(1) Pursuant to the authority granted by Section
40-28-2, Madison County's share of payments made by the Tennessee Valley Authority to the
state in lieu of ad valorem taxes shall be distributed in the following manner: (1) Up to
one percent of such payments each year shall be used to establish, equip, and maintain a legislative

the Baldwin County Legislative Office. The County Commission of Baldwin County shall provide
office space, office furniture, office equipment, telephone service, and accommodation for

shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. The Jefferson County Cemetery Board. (2) CEMETERY.

Section 29-2-40 Creation; membership. (a) There is created the Contract Review Permanent Legislative
Oversight Committee. The committee shall be composed of the Chairs of the Senate Finance and

service and compensation of members of the several county boards of equalization shall be
on a basis of total assessed value of all taxable property, using the year 1955 as the basis,
