Section 11-92B-18 Oversight committee. The affairs and operations of an authority shall be supervised and monitored by an oversight committee. The committee shall be composed of all the members of the legislative delegation from the county of incorporation, as well as the members of the governing bodies of the county of incorporation and all municipalities whose corporate limits lie in whole or in part within the operational area of the authority. (a) The governing body of Mobile County, jointly with the governing bodies of any incorporated municipalities within the county, may provide office accommodations for the members of the state legislative delegation from the county and also provide legislative assistants and an office manager to such legislative delegation.
