Section 45-37-231 False personation of a peace officer. In Jefferson County, any person who
falsely personates a peace officer of this or any other state, or any political subdivision
thereof; or any person who under color of such false personation shall perform or attempt
to perform, the duties of any such peace officer, or shall under color of such personation
deprive any person of a legal right shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction,
be punished by imprisonment in the county jail at hard labor for a period not to exceed six

Section 45-49-151.17 Disposition of funds. (a) All fees, commissions, taxes, and other monies,
including fines and forfeitures, received under this subpart shall be paid to the racing commission
and shall be remitted by it to the county treasurer for deposit in the county treasury to

Section 20-2-190 Penalties; sale of ephedrine, etc.; Alabama Drug Abuse Task Force. (a) Any
person who manufactures, sells, transfers, receives, or possesses a listed precursor chemical

Section 32-6-18 Penalties - Violations in general; disposition of funds. (a) Any person of
whom a driver's license is required, who drives a motor vehicle on a public highway in this
state without first having complied with this article or the rules and regulations promulgated
hereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine
of not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), to be fixed in
