Section 45-40-236.01 Additional service of process fee; out-of-state documents. (a) In addition to all existing charges, fees, judgments, and costs of court, the clerk, sheriff, or other appropriate court official in the civil division of the District and Circuit Courts of Lawrence County shall increase the fees by seventeen dollars fifty cents ($17.50) per document personally served by the sheriff's office, or its designee. For the purposes of this section, the term document shall include multiple papers served on a party or entity at one time. Section 45-31-80.40 Imposition, collection, and use of fee. (a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Geneva County, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case.
