Section 7-9A-707 Amendment of pre-effective-date financing statement. (a) "Pre-effective-date financing statement". In this section, "pre-effective-date financing statement" means a financing statement filed before January 1, 2002. (b) Applicable law. After January 1, 2002, a person may add or delete collateral covered by, continue or terminate the effectiveness of, or otherwise amend the information provided in, a pre-effective-date financing statement only in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction governing perfection as provided in Part 3. Section 28-8-5 Wholesaler service and quality control. The wholesaler licensee designated as the exclusive wholesaler for a brand or brands within a designated territory must service retail licensees within that territory without discrimination, and shall service for the purpose of quality control all of the alcoholic beverages sold by that wholesaler to retailers within such territory.
