Section 45-4-110.01 Health insurance for board members. Beginning May 1, 1998, the Bibb County Commission may, by resolution, provide for the reimbursement of all or a portion of the cost of health insurance premiums for the members of the Bibb County Board of Registrars. Upon authorization by the resolution, the cost of reimbursement shall be paid from the county general fund in an amount not to exceed the amount of the county's contribution toward health insurance coverage provided for each regular county employee. Reimbursement to each member of the Bibb County Board of Registrars shall be made on a quarterly basis upon presentation to the Bibb County Commission of evidence of payment of the member's health insurance premiums.
