Section 40-19-11 Reciprocal agreements with other states. The Department of Revenue is empowered to enter into reciprocal agreements or contracts with other states constituting a fair exchange of rights or privileges in regard to the use of the highways of this state by motor vehicles operated for hire under the provisions of this chapter. The said reciprocal agreement or contract can be annulled on notice issued to either party by the other party thereto within 30 days thereafter. Section 8-22-4 Definitions. The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section unless otherwise stated and unless the context or subject matter clearly indicates otherwise: (1) PERSON.
