Section 45-37-171.45 Disposition of fees. All fees established and collected pursuant to this subpart shall be retained by the Jefferson County Board of Health, and such fees are hereby appropriated to such board of health for use in carrying out its responsibilities to promote and maintain the health of the people of Jefferson County.
