Section 16-22-13.2 Fiscal year 2002-2003 adjustments. (a) Pay increases, FY 2002-2003. The State Budget Officer shall allocate to the State Board of Education, the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Board of Youth Services School District, the Board of Directors of the Alabama School of Fine Arts, and the Board of Trustees of the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science for disbursement to the employees thereof funds based on the criteria established in this section. It is not the intent of this section to make appropriations, but the appropriations required by this section shall be made in the annual budget act for the public schools and colleges. (a)(1) Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 40-28-2, Madison County's share of payments made by the Tennessee Valley Authority to the state in lieu of ad valorem taxes shall be distributed in the following manner: (1) Up to one percent of such payments each year shall be used to establish, equip, and maintain a legislative delegation office. Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses, etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for violation of this chapter.
