Section 22-35-6 Alabama Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund Management Board

Section 36-1-4.5 Payroll deduction for the Foster Care Trust Fund. (a) The payroll clerk or
other responsible person in charge of the payroll system, may deduct from the salary or wages
of any state officer or employee, an amount specified by the officer or employee for payment
to the Foster Care Trust Fund established by Sections 38-10-50 and 38-10-51. The payroll deduction
shall be made if the request for the deduction is made in writing, the deduction shall continue
in effect unless a new written request is filed according to the requirement of this section,
and the pay period during which the deduction is made, the frequency, and the amount of the

Section 12-23-10 Alcohol and Drug Abuse Court Referral Officer Trust Fund - Established; use.
The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Court Referral Officer Trust Fund is hereby established and created
as a separate fund in the State Treasury. Such fund shall be used for operation of the alcohol
and drug abuse court referral officer program. This fund shall consist of all moneys paid
into the State Treasury to the credit of such fund pursuant to this chapter and all moneys
received for the benefit of the court referral officer program by legislative appropriation,
grant, gift, or contributions by counties or municipalities, or otherwise. Such moneys shall
be used and expended by the Administrative Director of Courts to establish, organize, and
administer the alcohol and drug abuse court referral officer program throughout the state.

Section 36-29-7 Payment of employer's contribution; coverage for dependents; changes to contributions;
withholding of employee's contribution; State Employees' Insurance Fund. (a) The board is
hereby authorized to provide under the provisions of this chapter that the employer's contribution

Section 11-104-5 Funding; trust investments. (a) Subject to any limitations necessary to ensure
the tax-exempt status of a trust, the sources of funding to a trust may be any of the following:
