Section 45-37-123.80 Payment of contributions and employer contributions. (a) Employer contributions. Each payroll period, an amount equal to the total of all members' employee contributions that is deducted from the members' compensation pursuant to Section 45-37-123.82 shall be contributed by the county and shall be paid into the trust fund. (b) Employer contributions upon reinstatement from qualified military service.
