Section 45-36-80 Additional fees and costs; Jackson County jail. (a) In Jackson County,
in addition to any and all court costs and fees now or hereafter authorized, the following
fees shall be charged and collected by the circuit court clerk on the following cases: (1)

Section 45-36-80.04 Additional court cost in domestic violence cases. (a) In addition
to all other costs and charges in circuit, district, and municipal court cases in Jackson
County, there shall be levied and assessed by the clerk of the court a court cost of thirty-five
dollars ($35) in the following domestic violence cases: (1) Any case in which the defendant

Section 45-49-82.01 Additional court costs - Civil and criminal cases. (a)(1) In Mobile
County, in any case in which court costs are assessed in the circuit court of the county,
both civil and criminal cases, there shall be assessed and collected by the clerk as other

Section 45-36-84 Establishment, administration, and financing of county law library;
law library fee. (a) The Jackson County Commission shall maintain a county law library in
the county. (b) In each case filed in the Circuit Court and District Court of Jackson County,
