The Director of the State Personnel Department shall revise the schedule of rates set forth in the pay plan for state employees and shall send the same to the state Comptroller, who shall issue warrants in accordance therewith. Section 45-17-232 Day reporting system. (a) This section shall be applicable only in Colbert County. (b) Any person who has been committed to the county jail in Colbert County under a criminal sentence imposed by the Circuit or District Court of Colbert County, and who has been released on a suspended sentence shall report to the probation office of Colbert County. In addition to the assessment and distribution of the additional court costs and charges for Baldwin County circuit, district, and municipal courts, there shall be assessed and collected in each case, excluding parking violations, by the clerks of the courts an additional fee of two dollars ($2).
