Section 36-25-4.2 State Ethics Commission - State Ethics Law training programs. (a)
At the beginning of each legislative quadrennium, the State Ethics Commission shall provide
for and administer training programs on the State Ethics Law for members of the Legislature,
state constitutional officers, cabinet officers, executive staff, municipal mayors, council
members and commissioners, county commissioners, and lobbyists. (1) The training program for
legislators shall be held at least once at the beginning of each quadrennium for members of
the Legislature. An additional training program shall be held if any changes are made to this
chapter, and shall be held within three months of the effective date of the changes. The time
and place of the training programs shall be determined by the Executive Director of the State
Ethics Commission and the Legislative Council. Each legislator must attend the training programs.

televised simulcast programming of horse races and greyhound races authorized in accordance
with Section 11-65-32, it shall be unlawful for any person to transmit or communicate

or information; penalty for obtaining information under false pretenses. (a) All letters,
reports, communications, and other matters, written or oral, from employer or employee to

Section 13A-8-117 Forfeiture of certain computers, software, etc. (a) On conviction
of a violation of this article or any other violation of the criminal laws of Alabama, the
court shall order that any computer, computer system, computer network, instrument of communication,
software or data that was owned or used by the defendant with the owner's knowledge of the
unlawful act or where the owner had reason to know of the unlawful act, and that was used

Section 34-14-9 Complaint and hearing; appeal; disciplinary actions. (a) Any person
wishing to make a complaint against a licensee or apprentice under this chapter shall reduce
the same to writing and file his or her complaint with the board within one year from the
date of the action upon which the complaint is based. If the board investigates and determines
the charges made in the complaint are sufficient to warrant a hearing to determine whether
the license issued under this chapter shall be suspended or revoked, it shall make an order
fixing a time and place for a hearing and require the licensee complained against to appear
