Section 11-54A-9 Powers of authority; all projects to be in development area. (a) The authority shall have the following powers, together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate form: (1) To have succession by its corporate name for the duration of time, which may be perpetuity, subject to Section 11-54A-20, specified in its certificate of incorporation. Section 11-86A-11 Amendment of articles. (a) The articles of an authority may be amended in the manner provided in this section. The board of directors shall adopt a resolution proposing an amendment to the articles.
