Section 11-47-215 Certificate of incorporation of authorities - Contents. The certificate of incorporation of the authority shall state: (1) The names of the persons forming the authority, together with the residence of each person, and that each of them is a duly qualified elector of at least one of the subdivisions. Section 27-21A-2 Establishment of health maintenance organizations. (a) Notwithstanding any law of this state to the contrary, any person may apply to the commissioner for and obtain a certificate of authority to establish and operate a health maintenance organization in compliance with this chapter. Section 45-8A-112.13 Removal discharge, or demotion of employee; proceedings.
