Section 34-27A-5 Rulemaking authority; powers and duties of board; immunity from suit. (a) The board shall act by a majority vote of its members to adopt administrative rules necessary, from time to time, to carry out this article. Rules of the board shall be adopted in compliance with the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 22 of Title 41. Section 13A-11-61.3 Regulation of firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR. Section 22-27-49 Moratorium on issuance of permits. (a) For the purpose of evaluating solid waste management problems facing the state and to allow for the development of comprehensive plans to identify and provide for the state's solid waste management needs, there is hereby imposed a moratorium on the issuance by the Department of Environmental Management of any new or modified permits or transfers of existing permits for solid waste management facilities which receive or are intended to receive wastes not generated by the permittee.
