Section 45-44-84.21 Schedule of fees. (a) In Macon County the judge of probate, in lieu of the fees prescribed by the general law for the following services, shall charge and collect for such services the following fees: (1) Probate of will of not more than five pages, whether contested or not, with three copies of letters and including partial or final settlement when not more than 10 pages. Section 45-5-141.20 Powers and duties; annual dues; board of trustees; referendum election. (a) This section shall apply only in Blount County. (b) A district for the delivery of fire and emergency medical services may be formed in any unincorporated area of the county pursuant to this section subject to the approval of a majority of the qualified electors who vote at a referendum election for that purpose in the proposed district and for the approval of the mandatory annual dues of the district. (a) A petition for renewal of an inpatient commitment order may be filed by the director of a state mental health facility or his designee at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current commitment order. Before assuming office the tax collector must execute a bond in duplicate with a surety company authorized to do business in Alabama, payable to the State of Alabama, in an amount to be determined for every county by the Comptroller. Section 45-24-90 Selma and Dallas County Economic Development Authority. (a) In Dallas County, there is created the Selma and Dallas County Economic Development Authority.
