Section 45-35-83.01 Salary; cost-of-living increases. (a) Beginning on June 1, 2015, the Judge of Probate of Houston County shall receive an annual salary of one hundred five thousand dollars ($105,000). Notwithstanding Chapter 2A of Title 11, the judge of probate shall be eligible for any cost of living increase afforded to all county employees.
