Section 25-14-4 Construction of provisions; scope of business; taxation; competitive bidding; employment information provided by professional employer organization. (a) Neither this chapter nor a professional employer agreement may affect, modify, or amend any collective bargaining agreement, or the rights or obligations of any client, professional employer organization, or covered employee under the federal National Labor Relations Act, or any other similar law. Section 8-22-4 Definitions. The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section unless otherwise stated and unless the context or subject matter clearly indicates otherwise: (1) PERSON. Section 10A-10-1.15 Merger. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them: (1) ALABAMA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST.
