Section 45-39-110 Compensation. In Lauderdale County, each member of the board of registrars shall be entitled to receive additional compensation in an amount not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) per day, which shall be payable out of the county general fund. Such amount shall be in addition to any and all amounts provided by law and shall be paid for each day that the board is authorized to meet and conduct business. The amount of the assessment for participation in the program shall be in addition to any court costs and assessments for victims or drug, alcohol, or anger management treatment required by law, and are in addition to costs of supervision, treatment, and restitution for which the person may be responsible.
