Section 45-22A-60 Expense allowance for mayor and city council. (a) The City Council of the
City of Hanceville in Cullman County, by resolution of the council, may authorize the mayor
to receive an additional expense allowance in the amount of twenty-one thousand four hundred
dollars ($21,400) per year, which shall be in addition to all other expense allowances, compensation,

Section 45-38-70 Salary. (a) Each member of the Lamar County Commission shall devote his or
her full time to the business of the commission, effective upon the next term of office of
any of the members. (b) The members of the Lamar County Commission shall receive an additional

Section 45-28-230.01 Sheriff. (a) Upon the expiration of the present term of office, the Sheriff
of Etowah County shall receive a total salary of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per year.
