Section 45-32-80.20 Collection and disposition of funds. (a) All solicitor's and district attorney's
fees hereafter taxed as cost and collected in all criminal cases in all courts in the Seventeenth
Judicial Circuit shall be paid by the clerk of the court collecting such fees into a fund
to be designated as the Solicitor's and District Attorney's Fund, and shall be kept, used,
and expended in the manner hereinafter provided. Such payments shall be made to such fund
by the clerk of the court by the 10th day of each month following the collection. (b)(1) The
District Attorney and any Circuit Judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit may requisition
expenditures from the Solicitor's and District Attorney's Fund for the payment of the following
items: a. Office supplies, equipment, furniture, postage and telephone expenses, and clerical

Section 45-45-82.01 District attorney's fee. (a) In all cases in the municipal, juvenile, district,
and circuit courts in Madison County and the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit, a docket fee,
hereinafter referred to as a district attorney's fee, shall be assessed in each case. The
fees, when collected, shall be distributed monthly to the District Attorney's Fund in the
county or to the fund that may be hereafter prescribed by law for the district attorney's

Section 45-2-80.110 Supervision fee; fund established. (a) In Baldwin County, a supervision
fee of twenty dollars ($20) per month shall be levied against any person placed under supervised
probation status of the Juvenile Court of Baldwin County, and shall be assessed, collected,
waived, or determined as provided for in subsection (b). The supervision fee assessed pursuant
to this section shall be in addition to any other costs and charges, including, but not limited

Section 45-29-82.40 Fees; requisitions. (a) All fees which may be by law taxed as district
attorneys' fees against defendants on convictions hereafter imposed and collected by the circuit
court in the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit of Alabama shall be periodically deposited by
