Section 45-45-83.49 Program administration. All fees paid by offenders as heretofore
set out shall be paid to the District Attorney of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit. The district
attorney shall establish a Pretrial Intervention Fund. The district attorney shall use the
funds to pay costs associated with the administration of the PTIP or for other law enforcement
purposes. Costs associated with program administration shall include, but shall not be limited
to, salaries, rent, vehicles, telephones, postage, office supplies and equipment, training
and travel services, service contracts, and professional services. The district attorney,

Section 12-18-11 Crediting to circuit court judges toward retirement of prior service
for which entitled to credit toward supernumerary status in position other than as circuit
judge. Any judge of a circuit court holding office on September 18, 1973 who is entitled to
credit for prior service toward earning supernumerary status in a position other than as a
circuit judge shall be entitled to have all such service credited toward retirement status
under this article, provided he does so within three years from September 18, 1973, by notifying
the Supreme Court in writing of the service for which he is at that time entitled to credit
toward obtaining supernumerary status and for which he desires credit toward retirement under

the district attorney shall be placed into the pretrial diversion program fund. The district

Section 45-35-232.32 Houston County Work Release and Pretrial Release Commission. (a)
There is created the Houston County Work Release and Pretrial Release Commission, hereinafter
called the commission. The commission shall be composed of seven persons, including the following:

Section 12-18-8.1 Time of service as full-time state prosecutor, etc., may be credited
as time in judicial position with Judicial Retirement System. Any justice of the Supreme Court
or judge of one of the courts of appeals or any circuit court judge holding office on or before
June 1,1976, who has time of service as a full-time state prosecutor or assistant state prosecutor
in any circuit of the state, or who had time of service as an attorney for the State Milk
Control Board, shall be entitled to have such time of service, regardless of whether or not

Section 45-45-80 Administrative fees. (a) The Madison County Work Release and Pre-Trial
Release Commission may establish administrative fees to fund alternative sentencing programs,
educational programs, intervention programs, treatment programs, and other programs to serve
the courts of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit, and may collect the fees from any person
ordered by the courts to complete an alternative sentencing program, or other program administered

Section 45-47-80.02 Additional court costs - Circuit clerk's fund. (a) Any court costs
assessed pursuant to Act 720 of the 1978 Regular Session (Acts 1978, p. 1035), in the Twenty-fifth

Section 45-29-80 Supplemental salaries of circuit judges and district attorney. The
governing bodies of the counties composing the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit are hereby authorized,
empowered, and directed to pay to each circuit judge and the district attorney of such circuit
