Section 36-25A-2 Definitions. As used in and for determining the applicability of this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings solely for the purposes of this chapter: (1) DELIBERATION. An exchange of information or ideas among a quorum of members of a subcommittee, committee, or full governmental body intended to arrive at or influence a decision as to how any members of the subcommittee, committee, or full governmental body should vote on a specific matter that, at the time of the exchange, the participating members expect to come before the subcommittee, committee, or full body immediately following the discussion or at a later time. (2) EXECUTIVE SESSION. That portion of a meeting of a subcommittee, committee, or full governmental body from which the public is excluded for one or more of the reasons prescribed in Section 36-25A-7(a). (a) Subject to other provisions of this chapter, "employment" means: (1) Any service performed prior to January 1, 1978, which was employment as defined in this section prior to such date and, subject to the other provisions of this section, services performed for remuneration after December 31, 1977, including service in interstate commerce, by: a. Section 45-20-90 Covington County Industrial Development Authority. (a) There is created the Covington County Industrial Development Authority. Section 11-92-4 Requirements as to acquisition and development of parks. The following procedure shall be followed in acquiring and developing an industrial park: (1) The governing body of any county or municipality shall determine by the adoption of a resolution duly entered on its minutes that it shall become a participant or act alone in the acquisition and development of an industrial park; (2) Any other county or municipality proposing to join as a participant must adopt a similar resolution so stating within 90 days of the adoption of the resolution referred to in subdivision (1) of this section; (3) Such resolutions must contain the following: a.
