Section 45-41-81.02 Salary supplement - Circuit court judges. The county governing body of
the county comprising the Thirty-seventh Judicial Circuit is hereby authorized, empowered,
and directed to pay, in the discretion of the county governing body, a county salary supplement
of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per annum to each circuit judge of the Thirty-seventh Judicial
Circuit. The supplement hereby authorized shall be paid in equal monthly installments out
of the general fund in the county treasury, shall be in addition to the salary paid such judges
by the State of Alabama, and shall be in addition to any other county expense allowance or

Section 45-23-80 Salary supplement. In addition to the salary paid to each of the circuit judges
of the 33rd Judicial Circuit by the state, there shall also be paid to each of the judges
a supplemental salary set out as follows: Beginning on October 1, 1989, an amount equal to
25 percent of the base state salary paid to circuit court judges. Beginning on October 1,

by the adoption of a resolution, may grant each court reporter of the Twenty-eighth Judicial
Circuit a county salary supplement in an amount not to exceed 42 percent of the salary paid
