Section 37-9-20 Certificates for common carriers and permits for contract carriers - Contents; terms, conditions and limitations; effective date; duration; charter flights; emergency landings, etc. (a) Each certificate issued under this chapter shall specify the points between which, or areas within which the person is authorized to engage in operations as a common carrier by aircraft, the services to be rendered and, in the case of carriage of goods, the commodity or commodities authorized to be transported. (a) The commission shall make a preliminary written report of its recommended implementation plan regarding necessary systems and programs within three months of the initial meeting of the commission. Section 11-24-2 Submission, review, and approval of plats; permit. (a) It shall be the duty of the owner and developer of each subdivision to have all construction completed in conformity with this chapter and, prior to beginning any construction or development, to submit the proposed plat to the county commission for approval and obtain a permit to develop as required in this section.
