thereof, nor, except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or bad faith, any emergency
management worker, individual, partnership, association, or corporation complying with or
reasonably attempting to comply with this article or any order, rule, or regulation promulgated

or other precautionary measures enacted by any political subdivision of the state, shall be
liable for the death of or injury to persons, or for damage to property, as a result

Section 34-22-5 Limited teaching licenses. The board may, under rules and regulations to be
promulgated by the board, issue limited licenses, in the case of teachers, to persons who
hold an optometric degree where such persons are not licensed and registered to practice optometry

Section 34-12-9 Licenses - Revocation; administrative fines; reissuance; replacement of lost
license. The board may revoke the license of any registrant who is found guilty by the board
of gross negligence, incompetency, or misconduct in the practice of forestry. The board may
discipline its licensees by the imposition and collection of an administrative fine set by
the board not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000) per violation, and may institute any

as an associate licensed counselor to each applicant who files an application upon a form
