Section 45-9-91 Creation; composition; headquarters; meetings; personnel. (a) Pursuant to Amendment
678 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, there is created and established the Chambers
County Industrial Development Council on September 1, 2001. Initially, the council shall consist
of the current members of the Industrial Development Authority of Chambers County. As the
terms of the members of the authority expire, their successors shall be appointed to the new
council as follows: (1) The county commissioners from Commission Districts 1, 2, and 3 shall

Section 11-65-7 General provisions respecting members of commission. No member shall vote on
or participate in the discussion or consideration of any matter coming before a commission
in which he, his immediate family, or any business enterprise with which he is associated
has any direct or indirect pecuniary interest; provided, however, that when any such matter

the county commission, there may be hereby established the Mobile County Indigent Care Board,

Section 34-23-90 Authority; composition. (a) The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is vested
with the authority to carry out the purposes of and enforce this chapter. The board shall
consist of five members who are citizens of this state. The members of the board shall be
